Fruit Breakfast bar

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
9 oz bran flakes
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. raisins
12 dried apricot halves, coarsely chopped
8 large pitted prunes, coarsely chopped

In small saucepan, combine orange juice, corn syrup & sugar, heat, stirring constantly till sugar dissolves. Stir in peanut butter.Remove from heat, stir till smooth. In large bowl combine cereal, raisins, apricots & prunes. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal, toss till well coated. Spray a 9x13" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.With back of wooden spoon, press cereal mixture evenly into pan.Cool completely in fridge at least 2 hrs before serving.Cut into 24 equal bars.


Apple Breakfast bars

1 c Whole wheat flour 3/4 c All-purpose flour 2/3 c Packed brown sugar 1/2 c Dried apricots -- chopped 1/2 c Dried prunes -- chopped 1/2 c Raisins 1/4 c Wheat bran 1 t Baking powder 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Nutmeg 1/4 ts Baking soda 1 Apple -- grated 3/4 c Yogurt, plain, low-fat 1/4 c Vegetable oil 2 Eggs in bowl, mix whole wheat and all-purpose flours, sugar, apricots, prunes, raisins, bran, baking powder, connamon, salt, nutmeg, baking soda and apple; set aside. Whisk together yhogurt, oil and eggs; stir into dry ingredients just until combined. Spread in greased 9-inch square cake pan. Bake in 350F 180C oven for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack; cut into bars. (Bars can be stored in airtight container for up to 3 days, or individually wrapped and frozen for up to 1 month.)


The Everything Breakfast Bar
4 cups oatmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 eggs , beaten
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In large bowl combine oatmeal, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
Bake for 40 minute.

Oatmeal And Honey Is Great!!!!!!!!

Mix It Up And Put It In A Pan And Put Them In The Fridge For About An Hour.
