Im trying to make a brownie out of cake mix.?!
Answers: how do i do it i already made it but i want to make sure i did it right. i just used oil and eggs i did not use water
Wait and see!!
I don't think it's possible to make brownies out of a cake mix. Cake mixes contain leveners like baking soda and baking powder which helps make the air bubbles in the cake when it bakes. Brownies don't have these, which is one reason they're denser than a regular cake. Brownies were first made by accident when someone left the baking soda and powder out of a chocolate cake.
I don't know, does it taste like a brownie? yes, you did it right, but to be sure you added enough of each, taste it.
CAKE MIX BROWNIES
1 box chocolate or lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 box 10X confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Mix together cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg. Press into greased sheet cake pan.
Mix together 1/2 box sugar, 1 egg and cream cheese. Spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into squares.
1 (18 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine , softened
1 egg
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2Spray a 13X9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3In a large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, butter, and eggs with an electric mixer.
4Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts (batter will be VERY thick).
5Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
6Bake for 20-30 minutes, until brownies are done.
7Cool completely and cut into squares.
