What is the best recipe for homemade buffalo wings?!

Question: It is really pretty simple to make. I make huge batches of them for pot lucks and football parties.

Cut your wings at the joint and make them into wingettes. Now coat them in a light coating of flour. Deep fry. (it's best to keep the ones already cooked in a low temp oven while you fry the rest).
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 stick of margarine or butter, and 3/4 cup of Louisianna hot sauce (this has hot sauce and vinegar together). When melted, stir together well, and pour over your wings.

Buffalo wings are hard to make at home because they are deep fried. This is an easy recipe that substitutes the fried wings for chicken tenders. Enjoy!

Mock Buffalo Wings

**triple-tested at the Good Housekeeping Research Institute**

INGREDIENTS
1 package(s) (about 1 pound) chicken tenders
1/2 cup(s) reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup(s) (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoon(s) light mayonnaise
2 tablespoon(s) fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 cup(s) cayenne pepper sauce, (see note below)
1 tablespoon(s) lower-fat margarine (40 percent fat)
1 bag(s) (12-ounce) precut carrot sticks
1 bag(s) (12-ounce) precut celery sticks

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken tenders, and cook until chicken just loses its pink color throughout, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, with fork, mix sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, milk, Worcestershire, and pepper until blended.
3. Transfer tenders to small platter. Add cayenne pepper sauce and 1 tablespoon water to skillet; heat to boiling. Remove skillet from heat; stir in margarine until blended. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and blue-cheese dip.
