Should I have flank steak cut into strips before grilling or should I cut it after grilling?!

Question: I'm making steak fajitas & I was wondering if I should have the butcher cut the steak into strips or should I wait until I'm done cooking it, then cut it into strips? or does it even really matter?...

Cut it up after. And wait 5 minutes to cut up meat after u put it off the heat. It keeps it tender.

Grill the meat. Let stand for a few minutes, until firm to touch. Cut into strips. Put the red pieces back on the flames for a few minutes. Mince the strips with cleaver.

after.....let it cool a little before you cut it or it'll be a sloppy mess.....mmmmm tasty

after, it keeps the juices inside the meat, not wasted all over the grill.

Cook it whole to keep the juices in. Sear the surfaces well, and wait 10 minutes (so the blood and juices cook some more and gel) before slicing thinly across the grain.

It is the same process as making London Broil or Skirt Steak.
