Wheat bread
Relish
Mayo
And sometimes some hard boiled egg
Wheat bread or farmer's bread. Tuna canned in water, homemade mayo, very ripe tomato, lettuce.
The Manila Hotel once popularized an open tuna sandwich that had Brie melting on top of everything.
Sometimes, I add hard boiled eggs, olives, capers, and drizzle olive oil on top. For this, the bread should be sturdy and firm, like a baguette.
Miracle whip, fine chopped onions, a lil garlic powder, and some dill relish! Yom! I a light rye kinda guy! Or sourdough!
OK. I hongry too! <heads out to the kitchen>
I have always put a can of vegetables in my tuna along with boiled egg, celery, sweet relish and mayo. I preferr to eat my tuna with crackers.
mayo, apples, celery, dill pickles, green onions and boiled egg on white bread.
well the usual ingredients to make tuna sandwich are tuna & mayo, seasonings optional
What I do is cut up carrots & cellery to tiny pieces (for flavor & color), mix it in with the tuna & mayo, lil black pepper (I put black pepper in almost all of the foods I eat).
Instead of putting bread in the toaster, I butter both sides, & cook it on the pan. (One time we ran out of bread, so I used hot dog buns, cook it the same way as the toast, mmm even better)
you can use almost anything in a tuna sanwhich. Even though I've never had whole wheat with the tuna sandwich, but its hard for me to eat it since the grains & oats get stuck between my teeth, that hurts
Tuna sandwich must be made with unhealthy soft white bread the spread made with finely chopped onions celery and pickle relish and mayo. and lettuce.
a hot southern gurl ;)
Im a simple guy. I usually just take a sleeve of plain crackers, crack open a of tuna... strain out the water and eat it straight out of the can.
No need for dishes. Its healthy, its simple and theres no mess to clean up! (plus its manly to eat a sleeve of crackers with just a can of tuna) hehe
Tuna

YUUUMMMMM
tuna made with mayo, celery, salt and pepper on toasted rye bread with two slices of yellow American cheese, lettuce and tomato, dill pickle on the side

Dried minced onion does it good for me!
white bread with a bit of diced onion, salt and pepper
I like toasting wheat bread and then putting diced onions, eggs and mayo into the Tuna and then adding some Garlic Seasoning to the mixture.
with copped onion and chopped dill pickle served on toasted bread.
Tuna, lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayonnaise
I used to make this in a restaurant, yummy! Tuna, packed in spring water-drained, celery-chopped, white or yellow onion-diced, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, lemon juice-fresh from the lemon and Worcestershire. Now, I use the same recipe but on occasion add capers and instead of white or yellow onion I use red onions. Serve warm grilled w/cheddar cheese slices for a tuna melt. Serve on a french baguette w/Romaine and roma tomatoes, or just plain on white bread, or on toasted whole wheat bread w/Swiss cheese romaine lettuce and tear-drop tomatoes. Add some delicious real cut potato chips and wow! Don't forget the dill pickle spear! Black olives are good too!
Chopped boiled eggs, green onions, miracle whip, sweet relish and chopped water chestnuts on whole wheat
