Question: i tried this and this worked out for me...

one main thing u sud remember is that it is sooji(rava-semolina)that is used to make puri not wheat flour...

rava-1 cup,
salt to taste
oil -1 tsp
2tsp wheat flour...

now mix rava salt wheat flour in a bowl.add water little by little and make it into a thick dough.add oil and knead well.
leave it for around 15-20mins.
then roll it into a big thin roti.then with a cutter cut out small circles.lay them on a dry surface....
now heat up oil and fry one by one... and drain it...
ur puris r ready...

whenever u try a new recipe try a very small quantity.so that if it doesn't turn out good at least u wont waste a lot of things...

good luck....

buy them from the store..u get the puris there

puri is created by wheat flour used oil , round shape is big
pani puri is small is tasty

It may not be the recipe that is the problem. It is important to hand-stretch the puri before frying so that it puffs properly.
