Make up a recipe! Quick!?!
Answers: I need a recipe using prosciutto, avocado, and habanero peppers. Utilize any seasoning or any other ingredients, but it must contain those vital three. Thanks! I'll try the recipes out and if one is exceptionally good, I'll choose you for 10 points.
I would make a fritata, beat 6 eggs and pour into a greased hot pan, stirring a little at first. Then put shredded cheese, diced habaneros and the prosciutto on top. Place it under the grill or just bake in the oven till desired doneness and the prosciutto goes crispy on top. Meanwhile make a little salad with chunks of avocado dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, oregano flakes and salt and pepper. Remove the fritata and place it on a plate, with a little mound of the avocado in the center. Top with a glob of sour cream and a few baby salad leaves.
Add your diced avocado and a hint of habanero to this recipe. Would be good, IMO!

Okay, this is easy and yummy and best of all, I made it up.
- Cook up the prosciutto using salt and pepper and vinegar. Baking is better.
- Then take croissants and make a whole at the back where u can stuff it.
- Take a small habanero pepper (more or less depending on how spicy you want it) and 1 avocado and blend it till smooth.
- Stuff the croissants with butter bbq sauce, the avocado paste and prosciutto.
- also put some cheese in and bake in the oven at 400 f for about 5 minutes.
ENJOY
Chop the prosciutto, saute with onions, garlic.
Scoop out the avocado, mash, and mix in the prosciutto, onions, garlic. Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese, maybe a little sour cream if it is too dry.
Cut the tops off the habaneros. Stuff them w/ the avocado-prosciutto mixture.
Make a batter with cornstarch & water or flour & water (in a pinch, try pancake mix).
Dip the peppers in the batter, then deep fry until golden brown.
lay out a slice of prosciutto, cover with a thin layer of cooked rice, add a slice of avocado and a slice of pepper and roll...VOILA! Italian Sushi!
for a quick appetizer: cut the avocado into wedges (however many you feel works) Cut a small THIN strip of habanero and place on the avocado. Wrap in the prosciutto, allowing the slice of habanero stick out a little. This will be very eye-catching in my opinion. wow I think that might actually sound good.
