Some yummy mac & cheese!

roast potatos, yorkshire puddings and cabbage, cauliflower carrots etc with a really good beef gravy - hmmm can't beat it

How about small potatoes with carrots?

I would say Mash Potatoes and Gravy it would work real good

Anything with horseradish in it.

Yorkshire pudding, garlic mashed potatoes, gravy and carrots.

potato bake is alway nice

When i make a roast ,I add potatoes, carrots, onions & celery to the roasting pan about an hour before the roast is finished cooking.....The veggies are served on the side...

Baked or mashed potato

Corn is also another idea

Keep it simple and do a tossed salad.

I always make a green salad and white spaghetti:
Boil pasta, drain, place in ovenproof dish with butter, crushed garlic, white pepper, salt and grated parmesan. Mix well, bake for 20 min.

yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, aspragus ,carrots ,broccoli spears

This to go with the beef roast tips. All the trendy restaurants have taken to chopping up a variety of veges, roasting them together and serving them lumped together...
parsnip, potatoe, pumpkin, kumara, yams, carrots
And you can always pop a tasty corn cob and some bread rolls on the side too...

Boil potatoes and parsnips together.....then SMASH with loads of butter and milk.... SO YUMMMm.....!!

Spuds or some other root veg.

If there is room in the pot/pan, add peeled carrots for a nice flavor in the carrots. Baked potato and maybe some asparagus. Drink chilled cranberry juice and just before serving, add some cold lemon lime type soda for a little bite.

Scalloped corn goes with EVERYTHING!!!

Mashed potatoes, Roasted red potatos, Roasted sweet potatos, Roasted carrots
