Food tonight?!
Answers: Wondered if anyone had any ideas of what i could cook for dinner tonight im getting bored of cooking the same things all the time.
Sweet and sour chicken
2 chicken breast
2 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
1 celery stalk
2 carrots
1 small can pineapple
1 small can mushrooms
soy sauce
mustard
catup
hot sauce
vinegar
brown sugar
cornstarch
garlic
ginger (one piece about 1 inch)
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and rub with crushed garlic and ginger and marinate for 5 mins until the wok gets hot.
Put a tablespoon of oil and the remaining garlic and the chicken.
As soon as the chicken is done, add chopped vegetables and stir fry for only a minute, as you need them to be crunchy.
Make the sauce by adding the remaining ingredients (except for the pineapple chunks) along with the ginger that has not yet been used, and add to the wok.
Add the sauces and the corn starch when you are ready to serve and allow the sauce to thicken.
At this time, stir in the pineapple chunks. Add hot sauce to taste.
Serve it over noodles or rice

work out who u r cooking for, there fav meat, veg and other like rice or noodle etc and go to the supermarket and look for the maggi like recipe mixes to compliment those likes. There r lots to choose from or if its just u ask a friend over and ask them what theyd like for dinner and cook it for them...enjoy

nuffin beats a home-cooked roast.. you can't do it without sweet potatoes but cos they're the best.. roast lamb sounds good..

tacos! Make a healthy picadillo ( mince with chopped onion, tomato, carros, zucchini, borlotti beans (can), salt, pepper, chilli if you like). Use taco shells, add diced tomato, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour crem and hot salsa if you like heat.

My Chicken Parmesan
Four boneless, skinless chicken breasts
I pkg dry Spaghetti sauce mix
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg (beaten)
olive oil
spaghetti noodles / 1 jar your favorite sauce
Mix together the bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce mix and grated parmesan. Dip chicken breasts in egg and then Roll chicken breasts in the dry mixture. Place in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and bake in 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown (depending on the size and thickness of the breasts)
Cook spaghetti noodles, drain, add your favorite jar sauce, mix together, place in plate with chicken breast on top. Serve with some great warm bread! Yum Yum
