Clam dip is a great party favorite. Mix Equal parts softened cream cheese and sour cream, one minced garlic clove, a dash of worscheshire and chopped parsley. Add a can of clams with a dash of the juice it comes in and you've got yourself a great dip to serve with some thick cut potato chips. The recipe is usually on the can of clams so you don't even need to bring a list to the store with you.

I like to serve this dip with sliced fresh veggies and vegetable flavored crackers. Is always a hit.

Another good one is clam dip...1 carton sour cream, pinch of cayenne pepper, and one small can of clams.

Always let either dip set up for several hours to absorb all the flavors.

well its not really a dip its more of a scoop. i box of cream cheese , i can of spam and i use pineapple but you can use any preserve you want. and i can of fruit preserve. get your cream chees at room temp mash it, take your span cut it in easy to handle cubes and smash it , mix it with your cream cheese. Form a half ball on a plate and top it with your favorite fruit preserve , refrigerate. it is very good with Ritz cookies, set aside a little spoon to use or just use your Cookie it is very good.
