If you want to cook a chicken leg in the microwave. this works for up to 6 pieces or a cornish hen. get an microwave safe dish.and two dampened paper towels. put on top of bowl before putting in the microwave... put half full of water...season the chicken and the water..put in for like 10 mins...check it turn it over add more seasoning to the chicken opposite side...hopefully the water has boiled down...add a stick of margerine..that helps it get the crunchy texture...put back in microwave for like 20 mins..

and your chicken should be fully done...

BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN LEGS

2 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. melted butter
12 chicken legs or thighs

Combine crumbs, cheese, oregano, pepper and salt and set aside. Lightly saute garlic in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in remaining butter. Dip each piece of chicken in butter and then in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in long shallow pan. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs and butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12.

Don't expect anything too crispy to come from a microwave oven unless your making some microwavable fast foods or cooked something WAY TO MUCH.

First I suggest you remove the skin. Either season it well or just sprinkle onion soup mix onto them. Put them in a micro safe plate and cover with paper towel. Depending on how many your making time will need to be adjusted. Check them for doneness.
