Like the KFC version it is all in the breading for the chicken breast, add a bit of cayenne pepper and extra black pepper, and in the mayo for the dressing, a shot of hot sauce or more cayenne.
dip chicken breast in beaten egg then in flour which you will spice up with some spicy seasoning-try cyenne pepper powder or paprika- and bake or fry until golden. i also like it with seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese-delish!
Take the unwanted parts of a chicken, put in food processor and blend until smooth, add water, salt, preservatives, and continue to mix.
Form mixture into patties and bread with a mixture of flour, cornmeal, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
Deep fat fry until browned. Serve on bun with wilted veggies and cholesterol laden mayo.
Use boneless, skinless chicken breast. Add 1 tsp. cayenne, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper to a beaten egg. Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then in flour and repeat again. Fry in oil til golden and chicken is done. Make your sandwich with what you like.
