Answers: White bread is made from bleached wheat flour and the other is made from the whole grain.

Not much of a difference but wheat is known better for your health..

(not much help =D)

the flour in each one is different.

I fyour buying regular store brands like wonder...nothing. Wheat bread is healthier but you need to see that on top of the ingredient list for it to mean anything. Check weight watcher Wheat Pitas or Damascus Wheat wraps....

There are two big differences: how they’re processed and how healthful they are. The flour
for both is made from wheat berries, which have three nutrient-rich parts: the bran (the outer layers), the germ (the innermost area) and the endosperm (the starchy part in between). Whole wheat is processed to include all three nutritious parts, but white flour uses only the endosperm. When put head-to-head with whole wheat bread, white is a nutritional lightweight. Whole wheat is much higher in fiber, vitamins B6 and E, magnesium, zinc, folic acid and chromium.

White bread is full of processed ingredients. There is know nutritional value in it. Whole wheat bread flour hasn't been processed as much so its better for you. where as processed white bread flour has nothing good for you in it.

white bread is persevered and stored machine made bread, while wheat bread is fresh and wheat made man_made domestic used bread. wheat bread is more nutrient with respect to white bread .white bread is junk food and not be use for regular and daily food item.
