Chicken Alfredo?!

Question: What spices should I rub on the chicken before I brown it?

Also, should I add the chicken and broccoli to the sauce after I heat it, right before serving, or while I heat it?

salt , pepper ,and granulated garlic, add your chicken & broccoli just before serving , because you don't want to over cook your broccoli.

Rub some Parmesan cheese on it to give it that crustiness!

shes right add some parm cheese and maybe some garlic powder

if you want to put Parmesan on the chicken before you brown it, make sure the cheese is very finely grated and that you mix it with breadcrumbs. You will need to dip the chicken in egg first so that the mixture will stick. If this wasn't what you are going for, I would suggest revving the chicken with a garlic clove, lemon juice, and rosemary. You really don't need any more Parmesan on the chicken, because it will be in the sauce.

I would recommend steaming the broccoli separately and adding it to the sauce just before serving in order to preserve its freshness. Good luck and have a great dinner.
