Has anyone ever tried banana curry muffins?!

no. but i got some recipes for you to try and let me know!

2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup bran
2 oz butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp treacle or
1 tbsp golden syrup
3/4 cup mashed bananas
3 tbsp sweet condensed milk
1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350oF, prepare pans. Sift flour & baking powder, stir
in bran & make a well in the centre. Melt the butter, curry pdr,
treacle & condensed milk together. Dissolve the soda in the milk &
pour into the dry ingredients with the butter mixture & the bananas.
Stir until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins or
until well risen & golden. Makes 16-18 muffins. Microwave
Instructions: Place paper muffin cases into a microwave-proof muffin
tray. Just over half fill each case. Place on a microwave-proof rack
& cook on high power for 2 1/2 to 3 mins or until no wet spots are
visible. Repeat with remaining mixture. For microwave ovens without a
rotating turntable, give tray a quarter turn halfway through cooking Serves: 1

1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1 tb Apricot jam
1/2 c Water
1 Onion, finely sliced
1 Banana
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Sour cream
1 tb Curry powder
Step #1 Absolutely delicious with crunchy vegetables, this is also great with crackers, chicken fingers & wings.
Step #2 pepper In saucepan, melt butter over med-heat/flame; cook onion for 3 mins, or until softened but not browned.
Step #3 Push to side of pan.
Step #4 Thickly slice banana.
Step #5 Add to pan & cook for 1 mins.
Step #6 Add curry powder & cook for 1 min, stirring all ingredients together.
Step #7 Add water & bring to boil; reduce heat & let simmer for 10 mins or until thickened and liquid is reduced by half.
Step #8 remove this from heat; stir in the jam.
Step #9 Transfer to food processor/blender or mixer; process until smooth.
Step #10 Add sour cream,mayonnaise, salt, & pepper to taste; process just until mixd.
Step #11 (Can be covered & put in the fridged for up to 1 day.
Step #12 let this stand at about room temp for 30 mins before serving

I haven't tried it but I think what you should do is get some plain muffin mix, some Thai green curry and a bunch of mashed bananas, chuck them together in a bowl. Mix. Bake. Enjoy!

p.s..they will look like muffin shaped avacados...

nope. they aren't worth making in my opinion. but i'm not a big curry fan and i can't imagine ruining my delish banana muffins with that seasoning... sorry.
