What is your ideally cooked steak?!

Question: The very best way is over a wood fire. Ribeye or delmonico steak. Cooked medium rare... YUM!!!!!!!!! The wood gives it great taste. We always throw some twigs/sticks in our gas grill when grilling them. Charcoaling is also great, but time consuming.

medium rare filet mignon

Medium. It leaves the steak tender and juicy.

well done in teriyaki sauce

Medium-Well...Pink, no blood...

On a grill--with tons of mushrooms!

A nice london broil, oiled on both sides, and generously sprinkled with kosher salt and coarse ground pepper, seared for two minutes on each side on highest heat, then reduced to medium for three to four minutes more per side. Less time for a thinner cut. I like it cooked medium. I prefer the leanness and taste of london broil to some "better" cuts with more marbleing.

medium rare

medium well

Char-rare the only way to eat a good piece of beef!

New York, medium, nice and juicy, tenderized.mmmmm.
