there are pans for just such delicate problems. it looks like a regular metal cake pan, accept there is like an expansion lever on the side. you use the pan at it's regular size, and when it is time to remove the cheese cake, you just undo of snap the lever the pan expands and the sides lift off in one piece. good luck

Put parchment paper in the bottom of the pan before pouring in the cake mixture.

let it rest...then dip it into a warm pan in a bit...like 1/2 way up spring form...just to loosen...then disengage the lock...if not a spring form..try inverting on a plate and let sit 10 minutes...i don't know at what temp you have it...just try to heat it up a bit

use a pan with a removable base. you put the cake down, undo the lever and lift the sides off, leaving just the cake with the base underneath, which you then remove

After removing from oven, release the spring on the side of your cheescake pan, but DO NOT remove until cooled.

Line with parchment & use a springform pan. This is what they're made for..
