Is cinnamon healthy? Do you think I could eat this snack every day? (read details)?!

Question: Ive been trying to be healthy lately, and I got this "recipe" off of the internet. You chop up a banana (frozen) and put in enough (plain) soy milk to cover the banana. Then u add one tbsp. of cinnamon. Is it healthy?
Is cinnamon good for you? (not in relation to the recipe)
