Anyone know how to make talpla fish i need hepl asap?!
Answers: i have the oven preheating i have never made this before what can i put on it and how should i cook it thanks
Make a breading with breadcrumbs, herbs, and parmesan cheese. Make breadcrumbs by toasting a couple slices of bread and then grating coarsely. Add prefered spices and prefered amount of cheese. Beat an egg in a bowl by itself and dip the fish into it to coat. Then coat the fish in the crumbs. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Watch carefully though, the coating should be crisp and golden and the fish should be cooked through. Serve immediately.
You can season it with your favorites spices (i.e. salt, pepper...etc.). Layer some veggies that you like (i.e. onions, cilantro, tomato slices, peppers). Put some butter on top and bake for about 15 min. Squeeze some lime or lemon juice on it. That gives a good taste also.
Do you mean Tilapia?
If so, here is what we do...We make a simple tomato sauce (crushed tomatoes, onions, basil, salt/pepper) and pour it over the fish. Stick it in the oven at 350 and every so often check to see if the fish is done (you should be able to stick a fork easily through it).
I should mention, halfway through the cooking process, we toss in a few sliced potatoes.
This is a very yummy AND easy dish.
Good luck!
I usually bake it at 350, about 15 minutes. Salt, pepper, little bit of oil , fresh garlic and lemon juice. Mix up and pour mix over fish. Cook, make sure its cooked all the way through after the 15 minutes. Very yummy.
first wash it. then try to take as many bones out.put lemon juice on it then get salt or garlic salt even better.Make sure you grease the pan with pam or whatever you have.cook at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes.
cok it with bread crumbs and season all, and dont put it in the oven, fry it on the stove, with some olive oil, and then get some big chunks of onions and peppers, and put honey mustard sauce on them, itll taste small and look great, and how to make the honey mustard sauce,, all you need is honey mustard and lemon juice, and then just add how ever much you want in a bowl, till it looks like a thick sauce, and pour it over the veggies! :] have fun!
