bake it in the oven with rice and veggies, very good =].
just follow the directions on the rice packet and just put chicken on top of it and let it bake

Stew it is a little water or stock on a low heat. When cooked, cool it and slice it crossways. Use it in a salad with your favorite dressing. Save the stock and make a soup with lots of veggies.

Curried Rice sounds amazing right about now. Boil minute rice, however much you need. Then add some butter to a pan and melt it. Put the rice in the pan, and add a little curry powder. Sautee the rice until it's completely coated in the curry-butter mixture. It's delicious. You can also sautee mushrooms with it. Good luck!

If you have Italian dressing just put that on top and BBQ it.

It very good

you could go veggi , and try veggi chicken, real chicken has poop in it, and thats just gross, and you now just add some noodles too! , veggi chicken is just as good as the real stuff and has just as much protien belive it or not!

mix sour cream with cream mushroom soup
put in diced ortega chilis mix in cooked chicken breastput mixture on fried flour tortilla sprinkle with cheddar cheese fold over put 4 or 5 in panput mushroom soup on tops of tortillas sprinkle with more grated cheese bake at 350 forabout 20 minutes til hot and bubbly

Coat them in melted butter, then dredge in parmesan cheese to which you have added a little Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Then cook 4 min each side on medium in a pan. Don't add salt or they will be too salty. This is good with any steamed veggie.

DIRECTIONS
In a shallow nonporous dish or bowl combine the salsa, mustard and lime juice. Mix well. Add chicken, cover dish and refrigerate. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and add to skillet. Saute, turning frequently, until browned on all sides. Meanwhile, boil remaining marinade in a saucepan for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add boiled marinade to chicken, and saute another 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and marinade is starting to glaze. Remove chicken to serving platter; raise heat to high and boil marinade for 1 minute. Spoon marinade over chicken and top each breast with 1 tablespoon yogurt and 1 lime wedge. Serve.

Reviewed on Mar. 13, 2005 by PGJCMILLER The whole family loved this! My kids even asked for seconds...Only change I made was using olive oil for 1/2 the butter and topping with sour cream instead of yogurt. This one's a keeper!

I just take some boneless skinless chicken breast, spray a little Pam on a glass pan, put the chicken in, sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt and garlic salt, then pop it in the microwave for about 7-8 minutes (depending on thickness) and voila! yummy chicken

bake the chicken in lemon juice. i prefer rice as a side dish with green peas.

make pasta with marinara and cheese and eggplant and chicken..yum!! also, eat with steamed veggie and garlic mashed potatoes....

Definitely vegetables steamed would be best.Lots of green-leafy one that have the most nutrition.Assortment of different ones together would be good.
