What is a good dipping sauce for fried artichokes?!

Question: Other than aioli...

Answers: Other than aioli...

This is gonna sound weird...but SWEET VIDILIA ONION

it is a salad dressing....you can find it by Seven Seas, or Kens. I always keep some around..just for that kind of thing.
For artichokes, buffalo wings, celery sticks, carrots sticks,
A CHANGE from the ORDINARY.
It is sweet, but tangy. Spicy and Tart. Not to thick...so it last along time, but not to thin that it does not grab on to what you are dipping.
You might be pleasantly surprised.

hmm fried artichokes, I dont know tooth picks?

maybe a nice honey mustard sauce

anything really..
ranch dressing
honey mustard
BBq sauce
ketchup
garlic mayonnaise
sweet and sour sauce
anything your hearts desire

1 lemon

Dijon dill dip
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/8 c dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh or dry dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cut the pointy end and most of the stem end off the artichokes with a knife and cut all the points off the leaves with scissors. Squeeze juice from the lemon on the cut artichokes. Place the artichokes upright in a pot and put an inch of water in the bottom. Cover the pot, and let the artichokes steam over medium heat for an hour or until a leaf easily pulls off.
To make dill dip, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, dill and lemon juice. Serve warm artichokes with dip as an appetizer.

Roasted Red Pepper, Garlic, and Basil Cream Cheese.
Fra Diavlo (Marinara Sauce with RRP flakes)
Spinach onion dip with scallions
Grilled Portabello, roasted tomato dip
Fire Roasted Red Peppers with Roasted Garlic Aioli
Lemon Pepper Oilio with Capers

1/4 cup mayo (not fat free)
1/4 cup light or regular sour cream (do not use fat free)
1 T fresh lemon juice
