What foods or beverages are good to stimulate the mind or reduce short-term stress?!

peppermint like a candy cane or the little round peppermint candy has been proven to stimulate the mind. It is suggested that she sucks on a peppermint while studying and then while taking the test.

tuna fish sandwich... you can google it and see the benefits. great for stress, energy and good to eat before a test or studying. good luck

I saw a documentary on how eating oily fish like sardines, salmon, tuna, mackerel and herring reduces stress. They put some taxi drivers through stressful experiences after wiring them up to see their stress levels and coping strategies. First they measured them without any intake of oily fish and they failed miserably. Then they introduced oily fish four times a week-recommended level. They passed the tests with flying colours after the diet change.
