What's your best soup recipe with cheese?!
Hamburger Stew
1 lb hamburger meat (cooked and drained)
4 oz of velveeta cheese
1 can corn (undrained)
2 cans minestrone soup
1 can water
1 can jalape?o ranch style beans
1 can rotel
Stir and simmer in a big pot! It's got a little kick to it, but it's so good!!

Beer Cheese Soup
1/2 cup butter
3 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fresh chopped chives or 2 to 3 tablespoons frozen chopped chives
1 c. flour
16 oz. Cheez Whiz
3/4 cup beer, or use non-alcohol beer
1 1/2 c. cream
Melt butter; stir in flour. Add broth, stirring constantly, until thick, then add to butter mixture. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients, except cream. Cook on low in slow cooker 4 to 6 hours; add cream the last 20 minutes. You can also add lightly steamed broccoli to this soup.

Try to make your own coliflower soup and then grate cheese on top, it's lovely, my mam makes it :) Hope this helps x
Potato cheese Soup...To add a little spice add 2 tsp red pepper flakes.
INGREDIENTS
8 cups water
6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced paper-thin
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped, with leaves
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups half-and-half
2 tablespoons margarine
2 (11 ounce) cans condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
DIRECTIONS
In a large stock pot add water, potatoes, onion, celery and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until potatoes and vegetables are tender.
Once tender, mash soup with a potato masher, and add butter and cream.
Gradually bring mixture to a simmer. Add condensed cheese soup and blend. Serve while hot.
Tavern soup
1/4 cups each of chopped celery,carrots.green pepper,and onions
6 cups of chicken broth
2 Tbs Butter or marg
1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter at room temp
3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 12oz can of beer
add veggies ,s&p and margarine to a large pot...cover with broths and let cook 1 hour or until veggies are tender....with a slotted spoon remove veggies and puree in blender then add back into the broth.return to a boil
combine 1./3 cup flour with 1/3 cup butter.and stir into soup to thicken add cheese 1/2 cup at a time....stir until blended....add beer...heat for another 10 mins on low...
I like tortilla soup, never looked to see how to make it though.
1. barley and vegetable soup - grated parmesan on top
2. Any pasta and Dried bean soup - grated parmesan on top
3. Ditalini and chick-pea soup - still grated parmesan on top
4. Broccoli and Stilton cheese soup
