What is a good thing to eat with baked fish that is low in calories and fat?!

Question: I don't like fish, but I am forcing myself to eat some tonight because it is good for me. So... what normally goes with fish? Thanks!

A rice-a-Roni type rice dish ... fresh steamed broccoli or asparagus ... cut up fruit

I don't particularly like fish either, especially INSIDE, because it smells when it's cooking. So, I usually BBQ salmon, halibut, swordfish or shark.

Butter for lobster

steamed veggies.

good luck

brown rice pilaf is really nice, white rice depends on what you like. If your trying to eat well I would not go with white rice, brown rice is better for you. I like a bowl of soup(something acidly like tomato soup) with baked fish with a side of hard role with honey butter.

steamed frozen veggies or broccoli..

Baked potato wedges.
I quarter the potatoes and then cut each quarter in half (I like them skinnier like that). Put a couple tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl. Put in whatever spices you like and some parmesan cheese. Toss the potatoes in it. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or so. Healthier than french fries. My hubby loves 'em.

I love tilapia! Make sure you add butter and garlic to that lemon! Serve with rice (I prefer basmati) and a steamed veggie, and you've got yourself a healthy meal!

Saute some zucchini and squash in a dab of olive oil and garlic. I add a little cracked pepper and it is delicious.
