Sugest you go to about.com and then click on recipes - they are rated by difficulty - they have a HUGE collection of crockpot recipes (what could be easier? you just throw a few things in, turn it on, and come back 6-10 hours later - depending on the recipe - and voila - a whole meal) Have fun!

p.s. One of my favorite things to do - I have a rice cooker, wouldn't be without it - cook up a triple batch of rice - it will keep for days in the frig - then do like, a stir fry to toss over it one night, add cinnamon, sugar and milk, have it cold for breakfast - grab some of those precooked frozen chicken strips at the grocery, throw those on top - the list stops only when your imagination or pantry does.......

I recommend exploring www.allrecipes.com. Love the site.. easy to find yummy recipes even for beginners, no matter what your in the mood for. I tried this recipe last night.... it was so yummy my boyfriend raved about it... and it was seriously so easy. Try it, hope you like it :)

No-Bake Cookies
These no-bake cookies are made with oats and chocolate, along with optional peanut butter and other ingredients. Scroll down to see more no bake cookie recipes.
INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter, optional
3 cups oats, quick or old-fashioned
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Place chocolate chips, peanut butter (if used), oats, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Combine the hot mixture with the oatmeal and chocolate chip mixture; stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

A package of Angle hair pasta
2 cans of sliced tomatoes in Basil, Garlic & Oregano
1 large can sliced mushrooms
1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1tablespoon dried basil leaves

Cook pasta.
Heat all other ingredients together in sauce pan, do not drain the tomatoes.
Mix well together.

Eat up!
