Olive oil cooking spray?!
Anyway, I know this sounds silly. But, does "olive oil cooking spray" HAVE to be COOKED? 'Cus, I thought about spraying some on my sons food. would that be bad for him if it's not cooked?
Answers: I've read that olive oil is a "healthy fat", and my son could definitely use some (he's so tiny for his age).

Its great for you. Just make sure that whatever food your spraying is worth while. Like vegetables, meats, or plain pastas.
You can just drizzle some from the regular bottle. No need to cook them. Or make smoothie with a teaspoon-ful
mix in with mashed potatos- etc
i don't think it is because i know that you can drink olive oil. It was called for in a liver cleanse and you drank it straight. i hope this helps
