Can you cook with yogurt? For instance half milk, half yogurt in muffins?!

Question: You can use yogurt instead of ALL the milk! Try flavored yogurt instead of milk in pancakes too (blueberry or strawberry are good). You can substitute yogurt for sour cream and/or milk in NEARLY anything you bake

there are loads and loads of recipes using yogurt in them. Substitute yogurt for sour cream in even more recipes.

Yes, you could use half milk and half yogurt in your muffins. they will be very good. or you could use all yogurt if you wanted to.

YES! You can use plain yogurt as a substitue to sour cream, and yogurt in baking recipes adds moisture and fluffiness to them. The ratio is not half and half though, as the substance of yogurt is thicker than milk. So play with it and you'll find a good balance, or google some recipes containing yogurt as a subsistute...

Yep! No Pudge brownies are an excelent example of that.

You can also substitue pudding into the recipe as well. It makes really moist and favorfull cakes and such.
