Which do you prefer. roast beef and mustard or roast lamb and mint sauce?!

Question: Each on alternate weeks but if I had to pick one - roast lamb. oh, no roast beef, no lamb, no beef, oohhhh a bit of both, can I have half lamb and half beef like one of those pizzas for people who can't decide or want their meat cake and to eat it too?
