I am making garlic roasted potatoes, should i throw some fresh rosemary in for flavor?!

The flavor would be great, but I wouldn't want to accidentally bite down on one of those little needle things.

Sure! Just don't overdo it -- I use maybe 1 stalk per 4 potatoes or so. Try crushing the leaves a little first to release more of the oils. And don't throw in the inedible stem!

absolutely! I throw fresh rosemary into EVERYTHING .... including the garbage disposal and trash cans!!! Make sure you get the "twig" out though before serving. Why does my husband always end up with the "twig"? lol

yes and I would put fresh parsley!

I think that, yes definitely you should add in the rosemary it will add a distinctive wonderful flavor to the potatoes. I love adding spices into all sorts of potato recipes.
