Calzone Recipe from a can of biscuits.?!

Question: I remember one of the refrigerated biscuits having a really simple Calzone recipe, but I cannot find it. My son is a picky eater and I'm not looking for anything complicated and full of things like ricotta cheese or peppers. Just some italian sausage, pepperoni, cheese and sauce. Can anyone tell me at least how long to bake it. I would like for him to come home from school and have something to eat besides a bag of junk.

EASY BISCUIT CALZONES

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.

Separate biscuits. On lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into 7 x 4-inch oval. Place 2 tablespoons Pasta Sauce on long side of each oval. Evenly top each oval with pepperoni and sausage (if desired); sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal. On greased baking sheet, arrange calzones seam-side down.

try the pillbury website. I remember that recipe it is pretty qiuck and easy

Off hand I would say flatten out the biscuits until really thin, put a teaspoon of filling - cheese, meat (cooked), sauce, whatever - and fold in half, sealing the edges with the edge of a fork. Put on a greased cookie sheet (or glass pan, whatever) and bake for however long the can says.

When bown and cooked, take em out and eat em.

Have your son help make them and he'll be more likely to eat them!

my daughter and I make pepperoni rolls with canned biscuits
just spread the dough add the pepperoni and cheese or whatever you like and spread some dough on top
bake till light brown....fattening but yummy
