What are some traditional snacks served at high tea?!


Question: cucumber sand., tomato sand. and potted-meat sand (like ham salad), scones, crumpets, a variety of dried fruited or nut cakes, butters, jams, and clotted cream (nasty!)
i have a million recipes for this stuff if you need some good ones..I have a cookbook that's about English garden teas...

Scones with clotted cream and jam, fairy cakes, sponge fingers etc.. Sweets.

cucumber sandwiches,scones with cream and jam.

victoria sponge.cakes with cream in them.

some biscuits or cookies. and prob a sandwhich like cucumber or something
