Fish Tacos- a family favorite of mine!

10 flour tortillas
25 pieces fried catfish
*homemade tartar sauce

Take the tortillas and put them in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds.

Take 1-2 pieces catfish and some tartar sauce and roll it up in a tortilla!

Homemade Tartar sauce:

Mix mayo and pickles together.
That's it!
Corn and cole slaw go good with it.

Learning to spell would be good, or even using the check spelling button

a menu must also be spelt right

see http://www.off-your-chest.co.uk/google.h...

Pizza and lasagne last I heard were Italian.
Mac and cheese is definitley a dish even though it consists of pasta. Hamburgers derived from Germany.
Try steak with maybe an american style sauce or something. But steak is generic to quite a few countries.

How about:

Fried Chicken
Pumpkin Pie
Hot Dogs
Fried Okra
Banana Split
Cornbread

Hot dogs, fried chicken, macaroni salad, potato salad, chili,Nachos, pork chops & apple sauce, jello salad, tuna casserole.

mmm. look some up on the net..
