asparagus with hollandaise is good. broccoli with a little shredded cheddar cheese is good. steamed spinach always goes good. green beans (french cut) with dehydrated onions and bacon bits are pretty good too.

by frozen veggies and steamthem it takes like 10 mins orless and is quitehealthy

Mince a shallot and sautee it in a little bit of olive oil. Meanwhile steam or microwave some frozen green peas. When just tender, drain the peas and toss them in the pan with the shallots and olive oil.

You can add your favorite herbs to the shallot mixture. Also try adding some chopped canadian bacon and sauteeing it with the shallot (optional, but yummy and lean)

Broccoli cheese
Honey glazed carrots
Mash together potatoes and carrots
Fold steamed peas int mashed potatoes.

asparagus, corn on the cob, green beans, brussel sprouts, and just plain good old stir fry. baby carrots also go down well. just season all of them well. i normally do veggies just with seasoning and olive oil and put them in the oven.
