Place fresh eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, then cover with water to about 1 inch over the eggs. Bring to a boil, cover, then immediately remove from heat. Let the eggs stand for about 17 to 19 minutes, then drain off hot water and cover with cold water and a few ice cubes. Let stand until completely cooled before peeling.
12 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks, place them in a small bowl, and mash them with a fork. Add mayonnaise and mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Spoon the mixture into the egg-white halves. Garnish each with a sprinkle of paprika, a parsley sprig, or as desired.
Mine are great because I don't put celery in them! : )

But these sound good too:
INGREDIENTS
* 12 eggs
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 4 slices bacon
* 2 tablespoons finely shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1 tablespoon mustard
DIRECTIONS
1. Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool. To cool more quickly, rinse eggs under cold running water.
2. Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Alternatively, wrap bacon in paper towels and cook in the microwave for about 1 minute per slice. Crumble and set aside.
3. Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese. Stir in mustard. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until serving.

--boil eggs only 13 minutes so yolks aren't to well done
--run under cold water when done cooking 4 the peel will come off easier
--use Hellmanns mayo it has a better taste
--mustard w/horseradish adds a zing
--hot mustard from Mc Donalds is good (has no horseradish)
--mix and insert into 1/2 egg pieces
--let each person salt and pepper to their own taste
