Healthy breakfast using these ingredients...?!

I would make some eggs and veggies, and have this to drink:

Banana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
A smoothie for breakfast is a great way to start the day. This breakfast smoothie has a great taste and is, of course, great for you.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups fat free milk
1 peeled and sliced medium banana,frozen – wrap sliced banana in plastic wrap or place in a freezer storage bag – freeze several hours or overnight.
3-4 fresh strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
Cinnamon for garnish, optional
Preparation:
In a blender container combine all ingredients, except cinnamon.
Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
Makes two servings.

I guess you could mix a lot of that with scrambled eggs and make a fruit salad.

Ignore the hash browns....
Garlic is supposed to be good for your digestive system and helps reduce your blood pressure and cholesterol and avoid spices too early in the morning, This might result in bloating. How about an egg omlette with the zucchini and mushrooms put together and if necessary you can add some of the spices and herbs,
sounds good

Omelet with the various vegetables as filling
Fruit smoothie to drink

MMm, fresh fruit smoothie with yoghurt and fruits of your desire. Then I would go either an omelette with mushroom and zuchini with a side of crunchy hash browns. MMM... crunchy ;) or make a patty of my own with grated zuchini and eggs with fried mushies n a grill tomato.. :)

Heat up olive oil In frying pan, Fry eggs with green onions and mushrooms add herbs,spices and zuchhini. Fry hash browns In seperate fry pan with olive oil as-well.

Chop up various fruits and Serve with strawberry yogurt.
