Answers: me straight barbeque sauce.. sometimes i splash my beer on top of the chicken to give it some zest.

For my chicken I use a dry rub of Granulated garlic, onion, paprika, chilli powder, rosemary, black pepper, brown sugar, and sea salt. If Im doing a sauce, I cheat and use Columbia Gold BBQ sauce....its the best Ive ever had, and Ive had alot!!!!

tequila lime

honey barbeque.

have you ever heard of beer can chicken? you take a can of beer and stick it in the chickens butt and then cook it on the barbeque. (not kidding)

Marinade in fresh lemon juice and Fresh Rosemary

Mesquite spice rub or Asian barbecue marinade

well it isn't a spice but lemon juice with some salt on chicken breast make them tender, juicy and taste great! A great tasting lean protein.

I get a ziplock bag, add chicken breasts, add some "realemon" and sea salt and let them marinate in the fridge for a few hours.....mmmmmmm

Portuguese marinade. A spicy one! Then dip it in a good creamy ranch dressing when eating. I like the sound of a splash of beer. I will try that too next time

A bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing. I marinate my chicken in it for about an hour or two before putting it on the grill. Yum.

1 small can of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of molasses
1 teaspoon of honey
half squeezed lemon juice
5 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper.

Mix all ingredients together.
Take a zip lock bag..add chicken and ingredients inside.
close bag..mix all...refrigerate for 8 hours.
IT'S READY FOR YOUR B.B.Q.

Cavenders Greeek Seasoning. Nothing Else.

how about "beer in the rear" chicken? Use McCormicks chicken rub. Put an onion in the neck cavity. Season with salt & pepper, garlic powder, paprika & set the chicken over a beer can half full. The chicken is moist & tender every time. Cook over indirect heat for best results. The skin will be crisp & the chicken moist. Very good.

I mix all kinds of stuff together for this... It always turns out good. Just go through your pantry and cabinet and mix stuff that goes well together, but BEER! Is always a good mix in...

salt and garlic

I have to agree w/ Rattlehead...lol
;) God Bless..TC<KHugzU>

Lawry's Baja Chipolte Marinade ... or A-1 Texas Mesquite Marinade

I love mine basted with garlic butter. To give a little extra, I add a splash of brandy to the garlic butter mixture. If you have access to venison, this is also great basted on venison over a charcoal grill.
