There are tons of things your could cook! Pasta dishes, they're fast and easy. Go to foodtv.com, they have tons of recipes and you can modify them as you like. Or you could make crepes, omlettes, quesadillas, tuna melt, stir fry. Just be creative. When you think of something you can always google for recipes.

A pan called a dutch oven can be used on top of the stove.

just about anything but a cake or a roast

Seriously, I use the BBQ grill way more than I do the oven. It is easy and virtually no mess. Google BBQ recipes

My husband and I camped our way across the US and back to Florida with a hibachi, a toaster oven, a single electric burner and a Coleman stove. And we ate great! We ate off the land, in other words--if lamb was what was going on in the area we were in, that's what we cooked. We had great salmon fresh off the docks in Port Angeles, Washington--wonderful beef in Utah of all places,Dungeness crabs in California--and so forth. We didn't have refrigeration because we were in a van--just ice in the cooler every day, so everything we cooked was fresh.

Bottom line, I cooked some truly memorable meals with just those implements, some cast iron pans and a dutch oven and an electric hook up in our campsite. Sometimes we didn't even have that so we just used the Coleman and the hibachi. Brook trout with sweet potato fries and garden salad, steamed crab and champagne---and so forth.

So, you should be able to cook great with with what you have. Did you know that you can cook a great pizza on your grill? You just need a pizza stone. You can make meatloaf, roasted chicken, stuffed pork chops, etc. on your grill, too.

If any of this rings a bell with you, please e-mail me and I will give you more, plus recipes.

rice and curry :)

Yum yum
