are they boned or deboned?
if they have bones in them then i would put in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan two cups of rice, with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. add a half of cup of water. pour over rice. top with the chicken. bake it in a preheated oven of 350 degrees. cover it so the chicken will bake all the way through.
if they dont have bones then i would make a stuffing mix out of bread crumbs( or whole slices tore in pieces), mrs. dashs garlic and herbs seasoning, a little of sage seasoning , butter and just enough hot water to make the bread soggy. mix it all together. then put in into the each chicken breast and bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or the juices run clear. if you have stuffing mix in a box you could use that instead of making your own. you can cook up rice for a side dish.
you could also use the deboned chicken in the first recipe.
enjoy!!!!!!!

pound the chicken to be thin.

saute spinach and onions with spices.

cool, add sour cream and ricotta cheese and an egg.

fill the chicken breasts with this mixture and roll. bake in a pie dish and top with cheese and bacon slices.

take a nice sized chicken breast and coat it in a beaten egg. once you have done this then roll it in some freshly made breadcrumbs with dry sage and onion stuffing mix and a good amount of pepper in it, then take your chicken and fry it in a small amount of oil and butter until your chicken is a nice golden brown colour with a crispy coating, i recommend you serve this with some seasonal vegetables and a nice mashed potato( see my answer for the perfect mash)

you could make chicken tacos or burritos.
I boil the chicken with onion power, and garlic. You can add any spice you want. Then shed the chicken. put on the tortilla and toppings. like cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, sour cream, or anything Else you like. I do the taco's the same way. I hope you will like it. My family loves it. I serve Spanish rice and refried beans.

Cut the breasts into one inch cubes.
Cut sweet onion and bell pepper into bite sized pieces
Clean 1 lb. button mushrooms, leaving the stem in.
Put the chicken cubes in a Zip bag and put in 1/3 C Teryaki sauce and 3 slices of fresh ginger--marinate for at least one hour.
Put on skewers the size of your choice (6 in. to 10 in.)
alternating the meat and the vegetables.
Brush with marinade while on the grill. Grill on med. high. Turn the first time after about 8 minutes--baste, turn again after 6-8 minutes. Meat will be cooked and veggies won't be over done.

Serve over rice of your choice.

I did not know the spices you liked and if pasta or rice or vegies ect. So heres food network i hope it helped

I thin slice the breast add a little fresh minced garlic, salt and pepper. Lightly coat with flour and pan fry with a little olive oil. Dont cook toooo frast olive oil burns easy. You will also need a jar of Ragu Roasted garlic parmesan, white sauce by the spaghetti sauce in grocery stores.
Oyeah while you are cooking the chicken boil 1/2 box of fetticine (?) noodles. When chicken is done let drain on paper towel, when drained of extra oil cut the chicken in chunks. Boils some broccoli with butter and salt. when the chicken and broccoli is cooked add to the Ragu sauce listed above and and serve over the Fetticine noodle. This recipe is really fast and really easy.

Things needed:
I jar Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan
2 Cups broccoli steamed
2-3 chicken breast slice thin
Olive oil
1/2 box Fetticine noodles maybe a little more.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
