Another Recipe Needed...?!
Answers: Recipe for Buffalo Wings... I am in Thailand, and the people here love spicy food, and I am hosting a community BBQ, and want to make a couple hundred wings... suggestions?
Fry up some chicken wings and then toss them in:
1 cup Franks Red Hot and
2/3 cup melted butter
Heat the sauce and butter together. Place fried wings in a large bowl and pour in sauce... toss to coat wings, eat, enjoy!
For really hot, add 4 tablespoons of hot pepper (cayenne) sauce.
You would use that amount for 2 1/2 pounds of wings. Tabasco would work if that's all you can get... just use the same amount and taste it to see if that's the flavor you want. If you want it hotter, add more Tabasco.
I don,t know about Buffalo Wings.. but I'll help you with this

BEST BUFFALO WINGS (HOT WINGS)
Chicken (wings, legs, your preference)
Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
Sticks of Butter
You want to cook the chicken first. Bake the chicken in the oven at 375 degree's. When the chicken is almost done, begin the sauce.
In a large pot, place enough sauce and butter to allow the chicken to be submerged. I use 1 stick of butter for every 12 oz. of Texas Pete sauce.
Add the chicken into the pot and heat on a low heat for several hours. A small amount of bubbling should be noticable. How long will decide how tender the chicken comes out.
When your ready to eat, spoon the chicken out, noticing the tenderness of the meat and how it may separate from the bone. Too long may make all of the chicken fall apart though (my wife likes the bigger pieces).
I use Ranch for dipping.
I haven't met anyone who doesn't like it yet.
