Here's my favorite recipe...you brown the chicken first, then simmer it so it has TONS of flavor. I am wild about the combination of flavors too.

Garlic Chicken Breasts in Balsamic Vinegar
8 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Dredge chicken breasts in flour.
In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat.
Cook breasts 3 minutes on one side; add garlic.
Turn chicken and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
Add broth, vinegar and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat to medium low; cover and cook five to ten minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
In small bowl combine water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth.
Add to skillet and cook 1 to 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve.

***Get Yo Man Chicken***

((( It calls for chicken thighs, but you can substitute any cut of chicken you like)))

2 tablespoons olive oil
6 chicken thighs, skinless
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
1 (14.5-ounce) can crushed tomatoes in thick puree
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon lemon-pepper
Hot buttered rice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken, meat-side down first, and turning once, about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate to reserve.

Pour off all but 1 tablespoon of oil from the pan.

Add onion to the pan and saute until tender, roughly 3 minutes. Add the stock and wine and stir, scrapping any brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Turn heat to high and reduce by half, about 3 minutes. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and add the dried herbs and lemon pepper. Add the chicken thighs back in. Cover and cook on medium low for 40 minutes.

Remove chicken from liquid and serve on hot buttered rice or potatoes. Ladle the sauce on top and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Spice them with Mrs. Dash, and then bake them. or slow cook them in a cream of mushroom soup with onions and red bell pepper.

What's with the thumbs down, try it.

I can see that everyone gets a thumbs down, that means your probably about 6 years old! Please don't ask questions!

Are the chicken breasts bone-in, or boneless? If they have a bone in them, get a large ziploc bag, put a scoop of flour, salt and pepper, and greek seasoning in it. Then, put the breasts in the bag, seal it, and shake it up so that the flour mixture covers the whole chicken. Then fry it in hot oil uncovered until it browns. Cover and let the chicken cook through. If they're boneless, I suggest baking them.

When your boyfriend comes tell him to go do a sh.it when he does it lick it a bit then toss it in the pan and warp it round the chicken fry it and enjoy

we smoked a chicken with lemon pepper Garlic sea salt and a sierra mist in the beer can fixture. It was great. I would give you measurements but I just feel my measurements. As long as you add things you like and fit well together it can't be bad.

I would marinate it in italian dressing if you have any.. then fry it with butter on low heat
its very yummy
or you can make a batter out of pancake mix.. roll the chicken in a scramble egg then put in batter and fry. you could add herbs to the batter to spice it up , like a dash of meat tenderizer, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. or if you have italian seasoning put that in instead of the previous herbs.
you can also use pancake batter add spices then roll in corn flakes. put in fry pan with oil.
I have used everything i have stated and its all delicous.
i suggest you par boil the chicken first then do all the preparing and then frying. good luck..

are they bone in or out skinless or skin, are you having potatoes.
Without that information, I'll give you my idea. I would brown the chicken, then I would add a can or jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce to the pan and finish cooking it that way and serve it over what ever pasta you like, and maybe sprinkle cheese on top and a green salad, garlic bread.

we coat our chicken breasts in pork shake n bake bbq glaze
it keeps the chicken so juicy an its so good! or try cooking yur chciken with curry yum yum!

coat in italian spiced bread crumbs and bake for 30-40 minutes. place a little spaghetti sauce on them after their cooked, a slice of cheese and put back in the oven until the cheese is melted. YUM, chicken parmasean!
