Yogurt making - will heat over 140 kill the Probiotics (good bacteria)?!

Question: I got it too hot when I was incubating it. It was only for 5-10 minutes, but did I kill the good bacteria? Is it worthless now?

Probably yes.

Blood temperature is best thats 98.4

When you have a fever your temperature goes up only a few degrees to kill the bad bacteria.
140 has probably killed the lot..

Dont throw it away.
Boil the mixture.[ to sterilize it]
Let it cool and then start again by putting in some more live yogurt.
Should be OK that time.
