What cut of meat is used for the beef stir-fry strips?!

Question: I just got a good deal on some stir-fry meat, but I was wondering if it can be cooked any other way that won't ruin it.....

Flank Steak is the most often used, but you can do it with anything such as chuck and sirloin steak.

Slice it thin and cook it quickly. Two batches is better than over cooked tough meat.

Make steak and peppers. Stir fry the steak. Set it aside and keep it warm. Stir fry some pepper strips and onion slices.
Add a little garlic, water and soy sauce. Put the meat back in and serve over rice.

You could also make beef and broccoli using the same technique as for beef and peppers. It could be just beef and broccoli or you could use onions, carrot match sticks and broccoli flowerettes. Yummy!

If you bought something called stir fry meat, you can flour it,
brown it and toss it in the crock pot with some veggies for a great beef stew.

Probably flank or strip loin steak. They don't give you the best cuts in this case. You could make a Philly cheese and steak sandwich with it.

round steak

strip loin steak, thats what i always use

I believe peppersteak is used
