Is too much chicken bad for you?!

Question: Is eating chicken breasts too frequently really bad for you?

I am a single mom on a serious budget. I can get frozen chicken cheaply and make casseroles for my girls & I.

I only bake, never fry or anything.

Is it really going to do any harm?

Chicken has a lot of growth hormones in it as farmers use it on there chickens

A lot of growth hormones isnt healthy for young children/teenagers as it can affect there own growth hormone cycle

There is also a lot of protein so make sure they are doing plenty of excercise so it doesn't turn to fat

If you are really worried buy the growth hormone free chicken

As long as you cook it in different variety, too much chicken isn't a bad thing

No. Not a problem. When I was financially strapped, I survived on chicken, canned tuna, dried beans, and rice.

its really good but yes the chickens they sell are grown on farms and in does farms they put hormones in does chickens to make them grow more breast and grow bigger so now kids are matureing faster than sopose to because they it the hormones inside the chickens so in a way yes and woman can go thru menopause at a yunger age
