Can i reuse oil if it is left outside for 1 day for frying?!
Answers: I would say yes. I reuse oil all the time. If the oil was uncovered I would say no because there might be bugs or something else nasty in it. But if if was covered you are fine. I have considered getting one, but haven't because of fear of fat, but people keep oil in fry daddies for weeks at a time.
It will be better if you don't.
I would consider it to be contaminated if the weather is warm.
Freezing temps, OK.
Personally, I don't think any oil should ever be reused. Deep frying certainly isn't necessary, and oil that has been used alters the flaver when reused. Even the same food it was used for before, would have a different flavor than if the oil were clean.
As for leaving it out (if you insist on re-using), I would think that's not such a good idea.
yes, I leave my oil out all the tiime. Its better if you cover it. But I haven't gotten sick or died yet, and the food is tasty.
