What is the recipe for chocolate cake with peanut butter icing?!

MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH PEANUT
BUTTER ICING

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1 c. HOT water
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine in any way, beat well and bake. Bake in 2 (8 inch) layers at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. If baked in long 13 x 2 x 9 inch pan, may take a little longer.

PEANUT BUTTER ICING:

2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
8 tbsp. Crisco shortening
1 tbsp. vanilla
Egg white
Regular milk or evaporated milk
Lots of peanut butter

Just beat all together with electric mixer and spread on cooled cake.
top with sprinkles of butterscotch.

Peanut Butter Icing

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup heavy cream

Place the confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on medium-low speed until creamy, scraping down the bowl with a rubber spatula as you work. Add the cream and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth.

You can sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts, or chopped butterfinger candy bars, or chopped toffee pieces, or whatever you like.

Pepsi-Cola Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1/2 lb Butter
2 tb Cocoa
1 c Pepsi
1/2 c Buttermilk
2 lg Eggs, beaten
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Miniature marshmallows

Instructions:

1 c Brown sugar
2/3 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Milk
2/3 c Peanuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350~. Grease a 9x13x2 inch pan. Combine flour and sugar in
bowl. Melt butter, add cocoa and Pepsi. Pour over flour and sugar mixture.
Stir well. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla-mix well. Stir in
marshmallows and pour into pan. bake 40 minutes. Frost while warm.

FROSTING: Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add milk, stir well. Add
nuts. Cool.


INSTEAD OF THE NUTS..USE BUTTERSCOTCH BITS. THIS IS A VERY GOOD CAKE
