Anybody got any ideas on how to make some shrimp sushi?!

Question: Take very fresh shrimp, peeled and rinsed, and combine with:
Sliced green onion
Fresh, chopped garlic
Chopped jalepeno
Chopped cilantro
Fresh lime juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Let marinate for at least three hours.

Serve with sliced avocado. This is not sushi. Sushi is made with vegetables and rice. Sushimi is 'raw' fish done with other ingredients. The above recipe is a variation of Ceviche.

First sprinkle on some toasted sesame seeds on the rice and add some blanched shrip and sliced avocado....Also, toasted nori works better than regular nori cos it tastes better, and when you mix the rice, you should add some vinegar and sugar to taste. That's how they make it in the restuarants..

serve it with sliced pickled ginger and wasabi and sushi soy sauce!
