take English muffins or bagels, put pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese on them then bake.
Or what ever kind of condiments you like
mini pizza's quick

Get a BOBOLI crust at the grocery and a jar of THICK, good quality spaghetti sauce. Spread it on the boboli, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and whatever other toppings you like..... chopped fresh tomatoes are really good on top, green pepper, sliced olives, onions and, of course, you can buy sliced pepperoni to put on top

Pancake mix of some extra olive oil and butter makes a good start! A oil swipe upon the pizza dough allows tomato and spinach to dance upon the bubbly crust!
Some cheeses and herbs add fullness to bite! Great dance of music is the full taste of full delight! I Dance of great fruit!

get a ready made crust in refrigerated section. Spread on some pesto. Saute a little spinach briefly in a little olive oil, and put on crust. Top with very thinly sliced fresh mushrooms, very thinly sliced red onion, some feta and some mozzarella. Cook as directions on pizza crust package says.
