That 4% is the amount of sugar you get in one serving based on the recommended daily allowances of a 2,000 calorie a day diet. If you ate 25 of those servings a day, that would equal the 100% 'recommended' to eat in one day (which is WAY TOO MUCH for many people!) ... not the amount of 'sugar' in your sugar.

haha its four grams of sugar per teaspoon..i guess you never checked that..lol

The sugar I buy is 100% sugar. The bag says there are 4g of sugar in one teaspoon. That means 4 grams, not percent. Is that what's confusing you?

My bag of Domino's says Ingredients: Sugar.
