That depends on what you have to cook. I have no idea what you have in your pantry or fridge.

grilled chicken and rice

How about breakfast? Pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. I sometimes do this, and I sure don't regret it. It's fast and easy and awesome.

My mom makes this for us all the time!! It is really easy and sooooo good!!

Chicken breast covered with lots of mayo like 1/2 inch, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then bread crumbs, bake in the oven for 20 min at 400 F , it is very good and simple , serve with salad

I suggest baked macaroni and cheese with stewed tomatoes. I've made this a lot and it's always a favorite and it gets you your starch (noodles), your protein (cheese), and your vegetables (tomatoes) all in one!

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (7 ounces)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded or cubed sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
1 can stewed tomatoes, mashed into pieces with a fork

1. Heat oven to 350oF.
2. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
3. While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constanly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Add mashed stewed tomatoes into cheese sauce and stir.
4. Drain macaroni. Gently stir macaroni into cheese-tomato sauce. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Yum!

Listen you seem in a hurry, so I cannot really help you, but order, but if you really want to know, h ow about a quick pasta dish with mozzarella dripping over it...

Boil pasta..whatever your choice...with some chicken stock (those cubes you get),

while its boiling...chop one onion, five cloves of garlic, and perhaps (f you want it hot) one hot green chilli (chopped)...chop all of them, fry them in a bit of olive oil, add tomato (into tiny pieces) , toss and toss, until the tomato melts...While doing this drain the pasta....add the drained pasta into the mixture.., toss it again til all of it blends together...once everything blends together, remove from the stove, and cool for a minute, and in the end add a cup of cream (fresh cream / nestle) and blend again....

In a baking dish, arrange the cooked mixture..cover the mixture with mozzeralla cheese..a thick layer..and place it in the oven, bake it till the cheeze turns golden brown...it takes about 30 mins to do this....trust me...you will love it...

I'm making chicken quesadillas tonight cause they're easy (chicken, cheese and tortillas, one pan) and I'm tired. Might make some rice on the side or corn.
