Lemon Chicken. Mix onion pwd, garlic pwd, salt and pepper with some flour. Coat your chicken and brown. Add some water to your roaster and lay a sheet of parchment paper at the bottom Lay your chicken in. Depending on how many chicken breast you are cooking, I go 2 tablespoons of lemon juice per chicken breast.

Potato pie. You boil and mash potatoes. Fry a few onions. Add dill or parsley (to add a little colour) salt, pepper, onion pwd and garlic pwd and graded cheese. Mix that all together and put in a casserole dish. Then sprinkle a little more cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.

Veggies. You could mix carrots, broccoli and cauliflower together. Or make a nice garen salad.

Dessert. Strawberry shortcake. Bake a angel food cake. Buy some fresh strawberries and strawberry glaze. Cut strawberries into slices. Prepare glaze and strawberries like it says on the package of mix. Once cool top with whip cream. You could always garnish you dessert plat with a couple of choc. covered strawberries.

Chicken Parmesan

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
6 split chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In 13x9in baking pan melt butter in oven. Meanwhile in bowl mix all ingredients except milk and chicken.

Dip chicken breasts in milk and then coat in flour mixture. Dip chicken in butter then place skin side up in pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown.

(Parmesan cheese forms a crunchy coating on this oven-baked chicken.)

Add sour cream and garlic to your mashed potatoes. and serve with steamed broccoli.

I like making chicken breast with cream of mushroom soup on it and I like serving it with a nice jasmine rice and sauteed brussell sprouts with onions and bacon. A good desert would be home made hot fudge sundaes.

Boil your chicken with cabbage and onions. Add a jar of garlic. Add 4 tablespoons of salt. The salt and heat will counteract the garlic and onions giving you a lovely taste that is not overpowering. I would recommend serving a side of radish soup. The combination is delicious. Add a block of cheese to your chicken after cooking it, it will melt and make for a delectable treat. Happy cooking. =)

i really likegetting crescent rolls and putting the two triangles together and then you smear crem cheese, garlic, and a piece of ham in the and then add 1/2 chicken breast on top and put it together like a boat and cook at 375 fir 20 mins.. YUMMY :)

...Garlic Mashed Potato's...
INGREDIENTS
8 medium red potatoes, cubed
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon steak seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder



DIRECTIONS
Place the potatoes into a large pot, and fill with enough water to cover. Add 1 teaspoon of the crushed garlic to the water for flavor. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork.
Drain the potatoes, and add the butter. Mash until the butter is melted. Mix in the half-and-half, sugar, steak seasoning, garlic powder and remaining garlic. Mix potatoes with an electric mixer until smooth.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter
6 cloves crushed garlic
2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs



DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a small saucepan melt butter/margarine with garlic. Dip chicken pieces in butter/garlic sauce, letting extra drip off, then coat completely with bread crumbs.
Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine any leftover butter/garlic sauce with bread crumbs and spoon mixture over chicken pieces. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I like to serve a salad or green beans with this dish.

I like to make my chicken by dipping it in flour, then egg, and bread crumbs. I cook it on the stove with olive oil until done. I usually make scalloped potatoes or stuffing, mixed vegetables like fresh cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. You could also cut up potatoes like you are going to mash them but don't cook them all the way. Take them out when they are a little hard. Add butter/margarine and parsley flakes. Simple but tasty.

Try getting boneless, skinless breast pieces and marinate them in lime and orange juice ... serve with mashed potatoes which have 'roasted garlic' and butter mashed in, or add some shredded cheese (I'd use gorgonzola with this 'citrus chicken) ... and I'd have fresh asparagus on the side, too, plus a nice green salad with raspberry vinaigrette, and iced tea to drink. For dessert, I'd have double chocolate muffins with a warm raspberry sauce poured over them. Your fiance would feel like a King with a good gourmet chef ... and this is all stuff you can actually make very easily ... the 'raspberry sauce' is basically mashed berries with a bit of sugar heated, and everything else is either really easy to make (but you may buy the 'muffins' at the store already made) ...

make a side of chicken nipples. they go perfectly with chicken breast.

Here's what I enjoy as a Chicken Breast dinner.

Dinner:
Here's what you will need:
White or Brown Rice
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 or 1/2 Pound of Mushrooms (depends on how many mushrooms you want)
French Cut Green Beans (or vegetable of choice)

Grill the Chicken Breasts, then cut into strips or cubes. (Grill with whatever spices you see fit)

Sautee the Mushrooms as you would normally, you can add any spices you desire. Add the sautee'd mushrooms to the Mushroom soup and boil/heat until hot.

Cook the rice, plain white or long grain brown rice.

Place the strips of grilled chicken over a bed of rice and cover in the mushroom sauce.

Side Dish:
I find French Style Green Beans to go very well with the above. Cook as normal, add butter and bacon bits.

Dessert:
Grab a box of brownies, or make them from scratch. Drizzle a little Caramel and Hot Fudge over the warm brownie.

Cordonblu, Take boneless breast and fillet it one time to make it thinner.fill with Swiss cheese and sandwich ham, then roll it up. flour it with your favorite seasoned flour,Fry till brown. Now use the left over flour to thicken your wine sauce. I bring white zeffendor wine to a boil and stir the flour in. Then pour the sauce over the chicken Breast and bake at 350 for 45min (Covered). Twice backed potatoes are good. Almond bean chiral for the vedgee and rice pudding for dessert.
